Magnesium (as oxide, amino acid chelate) 50mg 5-HTP 100mg (L-5-Hydroxytryptophan from Standardised Griffonia simplicifolia Seed Extract) Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis) powdered Extract 100mg
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride, P-5-P) 10mg
Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate. Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.

Dosage:

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable capsule twice daily, with juice or water in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
